These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Browser Supply List (the “Extension”), a Chrome extension maintained by the developer of this repository. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
Browser Supply List helps you collect product information from shopping pages and add, update, or remove that information in a Google Sheets worksheet that you select. The Extension runs in your browser and uses Google services and permissions that you authorize.

You must not use the Extension to access accounts, pages, or files without authorization, interfere with a website or Google service, or use the Extension for unlawful or harmful activity.
You retain responsibility for product information, spreadsheet content, and other material you choose to process with the Extension. The Extension does not claim ownership of that content. You decide which shopping sites to allow and which Google Sheets worksheet to connect. You may stop using the Extension, disconnect a worksheet, remove site access, or uninstall the Extension at any time.
The Extension may read and write the selected worksheet only after you grant the requested Google authorization and ask it to perform an action. Google’s handling of account and API data is governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
The Extension depends on Chrome, Google Sheets, and the shopping sites you choose to visit. Those services are operated by third parties and may change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms. The developer does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, pages, products, prices, shipping, availability, or spreadsheet content.
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every website, or that extracted product information will be complete or accurate. Review data before relying on it or saving it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or access, arising from or related to the Extension or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the Extension at any time. The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension, or restrict access to it, at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including responsibility, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will continue to apply.
The developer may update these Terms when the Extension or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Extension after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
